no xmas party?!?!?!!!

my office is so stupid!! we dont have a christmas party! west contact services earn alot but theres no xmas party for there employees?! last time it was on the basement of our building and that was bad already. but now there are no plans even! west really sucks!!!!!!!!

irresponsible sups

i havent been posting here because i have been very busy! i always attend to my work even if its hard because i have no choice but to please the lazy bosses at west. working on a call center is so very tiring indeed! anyway, im just glad my agents see my efforts to work hard unlike the other TLs who are always bashed by the people at west.

one example is charmie. someone forwarded me a post about her in pinoy exchange:

A very good example would be Charmie (Buhay pa ba ang babaitang yan? Balita ko na-promote pa). Katabi mo na gusto pang pm'd pa ang referral. How stupid is that? Tapos ayaw mag-take ng sup call; but aint that supposed to be its, errr, her job?

i did not say that okay! i just post it here. but i agree with the poster because she really doesnt get sup calls even if its her job. but i still make friends with her because she's a boss already and its good to be friendly with bosses. hehehe.

no incentives!

another reason i do not like west is the incentives that are non existent. i pity the agents who work very hard to do upselling but dont even receive their gift cheques as incentive. like sm or rustans gift cheques. we know there is a budget for the prizes such as the ones mentioned but they do not reach the ones who are supposed to get them because they say they run out of gift cheques to give away. but i think our bosses pockets cheques or the money to buy the gift cheques. this is my theory. like for our earthlink account, i think our OM abbie steals the gift cheques or the money to buy them. this is what i think only. hmmmmmm.........

the reason i stay

this is my son is kiko. if u still do not know, i am a single mother. i dont wanna discuss about why im a single mother, but my cute little boy (cute juz like his mom) is why i am working hard and sticking at west contact services even if its a bad company that treat people like me badly. he is so cute (like me?)

lucky ones

ok, i did not mean that. i was referring to the people who have lately been removed from west. yes they are lucky because they don't have to be in the office anymore. they don't have to stick to how bad the work, the environment and how stupid the agents and some supes are in west. but these people should not be complaining that they were taken out of west. these people are also team leaders and they have to lead their teams, so there is no room to be relaxing with there work.


i try to look i feel bad with them that they are removed from west makati. but deep inside i laugh. i laugh because they deserve not to stay. look at me, i work hard and do my work, that's why west and earthlink is not removing me from the list of supervisors. if the people who are removed work like me, i don't think they will be taken away from the office. if they work as good as me, they will still be my office mates. but they do their jobs badly and and it's thei stupidity they were kicked off west. they should be intelligent thinking like me.

good thing

i hate my time at west a lot because it's a low-life company but it's a blessing to have friends like.........

wannabe supe

theres this girl in the office that i really dont like. shes weird! she talks funny and thinks shes smart. she has bad breath and her lips are black. her boyfriend was also from the office but transferred to another office already. and the weird thing is that the boyfriend is afraid that his gf will flirt with boys in west and leave him. this is impossible cause his gf is ugly and boys dont like her cuase shes too easy and weird. when boys are friendly to her she thinks at once they like her.

anyway im ranting about her cause shes pitiful. shes been trying to apply for a position as team leader also in our earthlink account but always fails. cant she juzt accept she not good enuf?!?!??? shes so irritating to me!!!!!
