west contact services is bad

i can say it over and over and over: west sux big time!!! good thing i have my good girl friends like mimi and charmie to make me feel good about the work. and i have kiko to push me to stay for the money. but sometimes the salary they give out is not the correct amount. thats why many people resign from west. and the politics is also bad.

im so stressful. i want to go to galera or batangas or any beach to unwind.

frustrating

everyone in west seems dumb. it's frustrating to me because i try my very best to do good but nothing good happens cause their efforts just isn't good enough to me. i really dont wanna say this but my agents are so DUMB. sometimes i want to walk out and cry cause its really frustrating. even the english they speak is rotten to my hearing. whatmore there actual work output. sometimes i wanna scream at the PC when i do my reports and evals cause i know they did bad again but what can i do? its the way of life of a good team lead.

i said that their english is bad right? i think the english of our boss abbie is also very bad but i cant really correct her right? sometimes its just painful for me ears.
